After the 14-day cooling-off period but before product dispatch, cancellations may still be considered under specific circumstances. If an unforeseen event beyond your control prevents you from continuing with your pre-order, please contact our Customer Support team.

  • Such cases might include ‘significant delays’ in product fulfilment beyond advised time lines or unforeseen personal circumstances. Refunds during this period will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Eligibility: The refund is available if can show you have actively participated in the program and can demonstrate that you’ve adhered to the coach’s advice, not missed a check in window and have not experienced the expected benefits.
  • Process: To request a refund, contact Support@LiveDefiant.com  within 90 days of the start of your coaching program.

LFG Morning Supplement Money-Back Guarantee

60-Day Product Guarantee: We’re so confident in the benefits of our LFG Morning Supplement that if you’re not satisfied with the product after using it for 60 days, we’ll refund your purchase.

  • Eligibility: To qualify for the refund, you must have used the product as directed and be able to explain why it didn’t meet your expectations.

  • Process: Contact us at Support@LiveDefiant.com with your feedback and order details, and we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Processing

Refunds under the above guarantees will be processed within 14 days of your request, subject to meeting the terms of the guarantee.

  • Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, whether that’s credit card, Klarna, PayPal, or other options.
  • Instalment Plans: For Klarna or PayPal instalment payments, any refunds will be handled according to their terms and conditions, based on the payments made to date.

Product Delivery Delays and Refunds

In the event that Defiant is unable to meet the agreed-upon product fulfilment date, we will notify you in advance. If the delay exceeds 30 days, you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
