Defiant Group Ltd - Returns and Refunds Policy

At Defiant Group Ltd, we aim to provide transparent and fair terms for returns and refunds. This policy applies to all physical products, including tubs, sachets, and canned products, as well as our service-based coaching program.

 


 

General Returns Policy for Physical Products (Tubs, Sachets, and Cans)

You may return unopened tubs, sachets (in multi-serve boxes), or cans (in multi-serve packages) within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unopened, unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns (e.g., your order confirmation email or invoice).
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

 

Return Process for Physical Products (Tubs, Sachets, and Cans)

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@defiantgroup.org with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Ship the Product: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the item(s). Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


 

Refunds for Physical Products (Tubs, Sachets, and Cans)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt of your returned item and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if only part of a multi-serve pack has been returned unopened).

 


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with Your Bank: It may take some time for your refund to officially post.
  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: Processing times can vary between credit card companies.
  3. Reach Out to Us: If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at  Support@LiveDefiant.com.

 


 

Exchanges for Physical Products (Tubs, Sachets, and Cans)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at Support@LiveDefiant.com and follow the return instructions provided.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Opened tubs, sachets, or cans from multi-serve packages.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Health and personal care items that have been opened or used.

 

Return Shipping for Physical Products (Tubs, Sachets, and Cans)

To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided in our return instructions.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Responsibility: If you are shipping items worth over £99, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 


 

Refunds for Coaching Services

Since our one-to-one coaching program is a service-based product, it is not subject to the same return policy as physical products. However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our coaching program as outlined in the Money-Back Guarantees section of the Purchase Options, Cancellation Policy & Money-Back Guarantees.

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If within the first 30 days of starting your 3-month coaching program you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a full refund. To qualify, you must demonstrate that you have actively participated in the program and followed the coach’s advice, but have not experienced the expected results.
  • Process: To request a refund, contact our Customer Support team at support@defiantgroup.org with your order details and an explanation of your concerns. Refund requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 14 days.
  • Post-30-Day Refunds: Refund requests made after the initial 30-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of unforeseen personal circumstances. No refunds will be granted after the 3-month coaching program has been completed.

 


 

Refund Processing for Physical and Service-Based Products

Refunds for both physical products and service-based coaching will be processed within 14 days of receiving and approving your request, as long as the terms of the refund guarantee are met.

  • Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (credit card, Klarna, PayPal, etc.).
  • Instalment Plans: For Klarna or PayPal instalment payments, any refunds will be handled according to their terms and conditions based on the payments made to date.
